In this article you will learn more about the overbooking feature for locations.
You can activate and deactivate the overbooking feature of your locations in the administration panel.
Navigate to Administration -> Locations and choose a location of any type here.
You can activate overbooking for a location by clicking on the button in the tab Master data.
Deactivating overbooking means that only the actual quantity of an item can be prescribed by the location.
Activating overbooking allows you to prescribe quantity over the inventory you actually own.
